iPhone Vs Android 12 Differences

iPhone Vs Android

Shall we start an endless debate? Say “Unconditionally, Android phones are the best”, “iPhones are worth enough”, “Everyone who uses iPhones is stupid”, “Android is the worst,” and take a step back and watch. You will be able to see a great battle.

Are you convinced enough? In fact, iOS-based iPhones and Android smartphones have different strengths and weaknesses.

And be sure to remember. This is a battle between the two mobile operating systems. The other alternative is almost dead or gone. Microsoft, for example, recently admitted that “there is no significant smartphone revenue this quarter.” Ubuntu Linux parent company Canonical has given up its smartphone business. Blackberry only has brand names, and Blackberry is now making Blackberry-branded smartphones that use Android.

So, now and in the future, users will only worry between Android smartphones and iPhones. Here are 12 things that represent the main differences in the iPhone and Android smartphone experiences.

1) Ease Of Use

People often say that Apple is easy to use. The iOS interface is indeed based on ease to use. But the same goes for the Android interface. Honestly, if you can use one, you can use the other without difficulty.

Of course, the iPhone was far ahead of Android 10 years ago, when the iPhone first launched, and when Windows Mobile and Nokia Symbian smartphones competed. It was much easier to use.

But it was only 10 years ago. It’s hard to find a big difference between the two operating systems now in terms of ease of use.

When it comes to including the appearance and home screen composition, Android is a little more advanced. Android smartphones have great control over systems and applications. I like control. If you’re satisfied with Apple’s product, which is the level of adding photos to a fixed home screen, I’m glad, but I’d like to configure my smartphone to my liking, and Android smartphones can implement this feature.

2) Finish And Price

iPhone is beautiful. I am grateful to Johnny Ive, who designed the iPhone.

On the other hand, Android smartphones are different. Each product is different.

Some smartphones like the Samsung S7 and Google Pixel are just as attractive as the iPhone 7 Plus. Apple controls every step of the manufacturing process to ensure a good finish for the iPhone, but the same goes for the big Android smartphone makers. But there are also really ugly Android smartphones.

One of the reasons is that Apple only produces expensive smartphones. There can be no “cheap” iPhone. If you don’t want to pay the high cost, which is characteristic of the iPhone, you have to buy a second-hand product.

A suitable Android smartphone can be purchased for as little as $100. Would it look great? It doesn’t, but it has the advantage of offering features at a much lower price than the iPhone.

3) Closed System vs. Open System

The iPhone is more closed than anything else. If you only need the things you can get through Apple, it’s fine. But when you buy Amazon ebooks from the Kindle app and want to watch Google Play movies on Play Movies, there aIOS-based a lot you can’t do.

Since Android is an open-source system, it is much more open to alternative applications. Remember, Apple has never ported any application to Android, and it will never happen in the future. So, if your music library is based on iTunes, it’s bound to be tied to iTunes.

For most users, this difference doesn’t feel much. However, this is an important difference if you prefer an open system.

4) Artificial Intelligence And Voice Assistant In

the war between Google Assistant vs. Siri, the winner is as obvious as seeing fire. The Google Assistant is far ahead.

Google Assistant is more than a great voice interface for doing Google searches. If you use Google applications like Google Calendar and Google Maps, the Google Assistant can be of great help to your life. Suppose you have a lunch appointment in town and the traffic is severe. The Google Assistant knows and informs you in advance that you need to leave early to meet your appointments. It’s cool.

Siri was released first, but Siri’s technical level is still at a pretty basic level. The answer to the question can be answered, but it is still not enough as a secretary.

But that’s not a clear reason for Google Assistant to choose between the two operating systems. That’s because you can now use Google Assistant on the iPhone as well.

5) Timely update

There are areas where Apple is ahead of Android. When a new update or patch is released, the update is provided to all supported smartphones at once. Android smartphones vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so you just have to be lucky.

Unlike the iPhone, where everything is under Apple’s control, Android provides a basic operating system and some programs to hardware manufacturers by Google, and upgrades and patches are up to the smartphone manufacturer. High-end smartphones are likely to be patched quickly, but Android smartphones that don’t may even receive security patches.

According to mobile threat security company Skycure, about three-quarters of Android devices work with outdated security systems. The iCloud beside I think this number is pretty low. I had guessed that 90% of the software on Android devices would be out of date. There are a lot of really old-fashioned smartphones.

Meanwhile, you may not be able to trust iOS updates. Apple should strive to ensure quality. For major iOS updates, there have never been any Wi-Fi issues from iOS 6 and above to iOS 11.

But the Android update works fine. If it is served on time. But the winner in the update is Apple.

6) security

Rather than having security issues with Android, it would be correct to say that Google is more susceptible than Apple for applications offered in the App Store. In fact, the best way to block malware on your Android device is to get the app only from the Google Play Store. Nevertheless, Google reported that 0.16% of all apps contained malware.

Don’t be too proud of being an iPhone user. There is iPhone malware that waits for arrogant users to download suspicious programs. But the iPhone’s internal security is even stronger.

7) Peripheral Devices Even if

other people don’t know, I often connect my smartphone to other devices and use them. Android is advantages in this regard. All Android devices use standard USB ports, so you can connect a variety of devices to your smartphone. The iPhone needs another adapter to connect with the patented Lightning port.

Another advantage of Android is that USB cables and devices are cheaper than Lightning Port products.

8) Battery Usage Time And Charging

This is a difficult part to judge because all Android smartphones are different. From the personal Samsung and Motorola smartphone experience, Android smartphones don’t need to be charged as often as iPhones. Depending on the smartphone you are using and how you use it, charging may differ, so let’s draw.

9) Cloud Integration

iCloud is still too inconvenient regardless of the platform you use. And beside thinks me, there are a lot of people who are having issues with iCloud.

But Android is tightly integrated with Google’s applications and services. I always use Google apps for work and personal use. With just an Android smartphone and a Google Now home screen, you have access to all the news you need, from personal (local traffic) to international

Google Photos has unlimited storage space and includes a legitimate basic photo editor. The iCloud Photo Library is good, but there are still problems when connecting between devices.

In terms of cloud integration, Android is generally better.

10) Video Conferencing

Google doesn’t seem to focus on voice, video, and instant messenger apps. I think Google Hangouts is Google’s most powerful messenger app right now, but many people will have different opinions.

The iPhone has FaceTime. FaceTime is a great video conferencing program. It would be nice to be able to run it anywhere other than the Apple platform, but there won’t be a big problem when the whole family or the entire workplace uses Apple.

11) Camera

I am not a camera expert, but I know that the cameras of Android smartphones are different. That said, the Galaxy S8, which uses the same hardware as the Galaxy S7, seems to lag behind the latest iPhone 7 Plus.

Both cameras are great. From an amateur’s point of view, the iPhone is usually a little better. However, the Galaxy model is a little more suitable for selfies thanks to its wide-angle lens.

Winner: iPhone photo deadline.

12)Software

When choosing software-based think shrinks-based, there were times when you could argue which app store apps were better. These days are pretty much the same. There are 2.8 million apps in the Google Play Store and 2.2 million apps in the Apple App Store, so there’s no shortage of apps.
